Dear Maintainer, As you might know, we the Qt/KDE team are going to remove Qt 4 in Bullseye cycle, as announced in [1]. As one of sub-tasks, we want to remove PyQt4 aka src:python-qt4. Currently your package build-depends on python-qt4, and is one of few blockers for its removal from testing. Please get rid of this build-dependency. You can replace it with python-pyqt5 which will stay there a bit longer (but will eventually be removed as part of Python 2 removal effort).
