c-t-b-mipsen tries to build targets which are not configured for this package.
The autopkg test is copied from the cross-toolchain-base package, and doesn't
build any mips targets. The purpose of the autopkg test is to find common build
failures for linux, glibc and gcc updates, not for finding specific target
issues (building all targets is too much). So i would just propose dropping the
test.
Also the test tries to build cross compilers on ppc64el and arm64 where they not
built by the package.
As a last thing, please merge changes, or propose merges into the c-t-b package
when working on the package.
