I suggest to first update src:openscenegraph to 3.6.
Once that's in unstable file bugreports for the src:openscenegraph-3.4
rdeps to have them migrate to 3.6.
Then file a bugreport against release.debian.org for the
openscenegraph-3.4-rm transition, example ben file is also attached.
When no rdeps are left you can file the RM bugreport for
openscenegraph-3.4 against ftp.debian.org.
