The "Cleanup d/rules using dh" in the latest version of this package
accidently causes intall-keymap and several other files
(e.g. getkmapchoice.pl) to be left out of the binary package. The
fact, that the console-common package states it installs
install-keymap but does not is the smaller issue. Much more important
is the fact that using kbd-config or more precise 'dpkg-reconfigure
console-data' to configure a console keymap will silently do nothing
instead. That is because console-data checks for existance of
getkmapchoice.pl to check if console-common is installed and simply
skips configuration if not WITHOUT A WARNING.

This patch for the package will fix the issue:
