We are in the process of removing python2 from Debian during the bullseye release cycle. This package is the last remaining dependency of python-pyqt5.qsci. Please update to python3 (I have not checked if your upstream supports it). Based on the other open RC bug, this package appears unmaintained. If no one responds, I expect that we'll file an RoQA rm bug soonish. Scott K
