Sure, I filed the bug because I wasn't sure **why** this change was necessary, and thought it needed further investigation.
Looking at it again now, it seems to be because vignettes/BoolNet_package_vignette.Snw was renamed to vignettes/BoolNet_package_vignette.Snw.Rnw in the new upstream version.
