These are the changes that I would like to upload sometime soon, once you've had a chance to talk with upstream. If upstream decides to convert away from epydoc and just needs some time to complete that work, let's determine a timeline and we can plan to merge my changes when the work is done. If there's no particular plan or timeline, then I would prefer to just make this change now.
