I feel quite sorry for losing such a good software, but it's quite obvious
that qr-tools has a dead upstream and that no one has showed the intent to
migrate it from python2 to python3.

If no one steps up to be the new upstream, I guess we will have to have it
removed eventually. Let's do it a while later (like by the end of this year).
