As can be seen on reproducible builders [1], pyresample FTBFS in bullseye because it Build-Depends on python-xarray which is no longer available. Unfortunately, britney does not take into consideration Build-Depends for arch:all packages (#145257) and allowed python-xarrray 0.12.1-1, which dropped Python 2 support, to migrate.
