Package: lvm2
Version: 2.03.02-2
Severity: serious

Hi,

today I upgraded a host from stretch to buster, and I noticed that lvm2
dropped the lvm2-lvmetad.service service.

However, after the upgrade `needsrestart` kept complaining that it could
restart that service that is left running, it completely removed the
files and the service and everything, but nothing stops the actual
process.

Of course a subsequent restart of the whole host would take care of
this, but I am of the opionion that the deamon should^Wmust be properly
stopped on package upgrade.
