Just wanted to make a note here that this package is also required for gitlab
(right now gitlab takes it from npmjs.com and in contrib). Since gitlab is not
in buster, we can remove it from buster, but I'd like to try fixing it for next
release (I'd like to move gitlab to main in next release).
