Package: dmtx-utils

Justification: blocks fix for #908815
Control: block 908815 by -1

After renaming libdmtx0a to libdmtx0b (#908815) and rebuilding dmtx-utils,
dmtx-utils ends up depending on both libdmtx0a and libdmtx0b, which is not
going to work. The solution is to remove the hard-coded dependency and
let dpkg-shlibdeps generate it from the library's symbols file, as in
the attached diff.

I'll prepare a delayed NMU for this when I get a bug number, so that
the -utils package can be binNMU'd for the libdmtx0b transition.

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Don't hard-code dependency on libdmtx0a. Pick it up from the library's
     shlibs metadata instead, so that we get the right dependency for the
     current version of libdmtx, and will depend on libdmtx0b after a
     binNMU for #908815. (Closes: #924254)
