The build was made in my autobuilder with "dpkg-buildpackage -A"
and it also fails here:

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use reassign and 
affects,
so that this is still visible in the BTS web page for this package.

Hello.

#920442 and #921788 are new clones of #920459 in texlive-latex.
Most clones report the exact same #message.

A fix has been released in texlive-extra (2018.20190227-1).
This explains why #920442 can be reproduced on 20190210, but not on
20190309, and why reproducible builds report a successful build for
both packages on 2019-03-01.
