Bug#923321: Root cause likely in src:radare2

Hi,

it seems to me that the culprit is libradare2-dev which has lost
libr_magic.so and r_magic.pc between versions 3.2.1+dfsg-2 and
3.2.1+dfsg-3 which src/cmake/FindRadare2 seems to look for.
