Package: pki-base Severity: grave Tags: upstream Justification: renders package unusable
Upstream needs to port Dogtag to TLS1.3 & Java11 before pkispawn is able to configure the instance. Upstream ticket at: https://pagure.io/dogtagpki/issue/3088 It's unlikely that this will be fixed before Fedora has switched to Java11, which might happen in Fedora 31 but not before.
