Hi Sebastian, libgtk2.0-0 and libncurses5 are not needed for GNUnet to run. They are optional and are dynamically loaded from gnunet, to allow their usage on headless light servers for exemple (see #342108). gnunet-gtk is builded upon GNUnet's libraries, that's why a minimal version for GNUnet was set up.
