Hi,
despite some effort by Bernhard Übelacker[1] (thanks a lot Bernhard) and
the issue Liubov filed to upstream[2] (also thanks to you Liubov for
your investigation) I have the feeling that our chances are quite low to
fix this right in time for the freeze. Since T-coffee has quite some
users I'm tempted to revert to version 11.00.8cbe486 and upload version
12 to experimental. Does anybody have a better idea?
