Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'stretch'.
It installed fine in 'stretch', then the upgrade to 'buster' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

See policy 7.6 at
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#overwriting-files-and-replacing-packages-replaces

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

  Preparing to unpack .../ceph-common_12.2.10+dfsg1-1_amd64.deb ...
  Unpacking ceph-common (12.2.10+dfsg1-1) over (10.2.5-7.2) ...
  dpkg: error processing archive
/var/cache/apt/archives/ceph-common_12.2.10+dfsg1-1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/ceph', which is
also in package ceph-base 10.2.5-7.2
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/ceph-common_12.2.10+dfsg1-1_amd64.deb

The bash completion was moved in the last upload without adding
corresponding Breaks+Replaces.

cheers,

Andreas
