I have a new version of the gbonds package prepared and sent to my sponsor for upload.
The vast majority of the credit for this upload goes to Yavor Doganov who submitted a series of patches to modernize the gbonds code, porting it to GTK+ 3, GIO, and GSettings and restoring printing support! This resolves the serious bugs which would have otherwise required the removal of gbonds prior to the Buster release. I am extremely grateful for this generous contribution of coding time and skill! Yavor Doganov: I made the following changes to your patches in the process of accepting them: Port to GTK+ 3 and GIO: - Dropped spurious diff header changes to other files - Folded in the remainder of debian/patches/libgnomeprint ^ These changes were cosmetic in nature. Port to GSettings: - Install the schema and setting files into gbonds-data ^ These files were required. I simply added them to debian/gbonds-data.install so they ended up in the package. I tested this with my usual real-world data file and usage. I also tested downloading new redemption data from the Treasury. I tested the printing functionality to the point of a Preview.
