This will probably not change anything, but lets see what happens once
they clear new.

There is *.cpython-3[67]d{,m}-x86_64-linux-gnu.so in python-matplotlib-dbg
in sid, so for a clean upgrade path you will need the versioned breaks,
but with an adjusted version. (Assuming the package built from
src:matplotlib2 no longer ships these conflicting files.)
