Dear pcc maintainer,

Upstream pcc source code contains file with BSD-4-Clause-licensed file:

https://sources.debian.org/src/pcc/1.2.0%7EDEVEL+20180604-2/cc/cc/cc.c/#L44

It looks like the latest release still has this issue. Please contact with
upstream to fix this problem.

Ooops. Looks like my fault. I have been wrongly assuming that BSD-4-Clause
is not DFSG-Compatible. I took another look and it seems that BSD-4-Clause
is only incompatible with GPL but it is still considered DFSG-Compatible
in Debian. Sorry for the noise.
