Dear Yaroslav & Michael, scikit-learn currently FTBFS everywhere. I've had a bit of a poke at it and not got very far:
- if run as a parallel build, I can't figure out what actually fails - if run with only one job (sbuild -j1), the build does not actually attempt to build with either python 3.6 or 3.7 at all. (which sounds like a separate bug in d/rules) There's no visible progress on this problem in git -- is there progress elsewhere?
