python-xarray hard-codes python3.6 in its build tests (which are run by default in recent debhelper versions and test failures will fail the build). It Build-Depends on python3-all but not python3.6. In Ubuntu 19.04 Alpha, python3-all currently depends on python3.7 only. I am filing this bug as serious now since that change will also be made in Debian Unstable soon. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
