Package: dnsmasq
Version: 2.22-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
If the config file mentions a user name to switch to after startup, the
program wouldn't start.
If this user is root or if the program is started with -d (in other words
when the program runs as root) then it's working OK.
The latest stable release (2.22) does not suffer this issue that may be
related to bug fix #338353.
