Did you bother to look at why x11-common conflicts with xvkbd? The xvkbd package you just uploaded is still installing to /usr/X11R6/bin, which is broken. X11R6 is dead, you need to update your package to install to /usr/bin instead. (Even though /usr/X11R6/bin has been re-added as a compat symlink, you *must not* install package files to it, as this will leave dpkg's knowledge of these files in an inconsistent state.)
