Hello,
It is not possible to link with libgnutls anymore while upgrading
libgnutls-dev from version 1.2.x to 1.3.x. It is not possible to build
software that depends on gnutls anymore.
As an example, config.log from vlc:

This is not the case with version 1.3.5-1+b1 of libgnutls-dev on i386.
