Package: php-igbinary
Version: 2.0.7-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

the package only comes with a module for PHP 7.3, and thus depends on
phpapi-20180731. Since it does not ship with a module for PHP 7.2, this makes
the package unusable with the buster default version 7.2 of PHP.

kind regards,
Christoph Terasa
