Control: retitle 911517 gimp: Crashes at startup due to deb-multimedia.org
libbabl with epoch
Control: tags 911517 + wontfix

You have installed an unofficial version of libbabl from
deb-multimedia.org that modifies its version number with an epoch to
appear higher than any libbabl version in Debian. libgegl-0.4-0 version
0.4.8-1 requires libbabl 0.1.56 or higher, but you have libbabl 0.1.28,
modified to claim that it is newer than any version without an epoch. This
defeats the versioned dependency mechanism and is not something that
Debian can support. Please ask deb-multimedia.org to use version numbers
that do not bypass versioned dependencies, or stop using packages from
deb-multimedia.org.
