Thanks for uploading. As the patch is from upstream, I assume it won't be required for newer CuraEngine versions? I had hoped that I could continue working on Cura, as there are a bunch of open questions (like how to package stb). But I simply didn't have time to do so. But it's better to provide a quick fix than to wait for an update indefinitely...
