Package: dvifb Version: 1:01.03-11 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
When using dvifb on my G3, it will render upper part of the first page of the dvi file correctly (by upper part I mean the portion that fits on the screen). Then it will not respond properly to any keys pressed on the keyboard (i.e. "q" or "??" won't work), only Control-C will work for quitting dvifb (it would be very bad if that wouldn't work either). Mouse operation does not work correctly either. (When I press the left button, nothing happens most of the time, but sometimes, things scroll to the left. Pressing the right button and moving the mouse allows me to scroll upwards until all of the page is gone.) The GPM mouse event repeat type is set to "msc", i.e. MouseSystems protocol as the dvifb documentation suggests. If you need further information, I am happy to assist in any way I can.
