I'm not sure why that file was being packaged to /usr/psychopjs.zip or
why it was empty in either location (the latter *might* stem from a
failure to populate the psychojs git submodule during packaging).
At this point the psychopy debian package is a long way behind the main
releases of PsychoPy (1.90.3 for stable and major new version 3.0.0b10
is our beta release, nearly ready to lose its beta tag).
The 3.0 series no longer includes the psychojs submodule in any form, so
this bug will certainly disappear when the debian packages catches up.
