Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'testing'.
It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

See policy 7.6 at
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/#overwriting-files-and-replacing-packages-replaces

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/ptscotch_esmumps', which is also in package
ptscotch 6.0.4.dfsg1-8+b1
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/scotch_6.0.6-1_amd64.deb

Either the file needs to be moved back into ptscotch, or you need to add
Breaks+Replaces: ptscotch (<< 6.0.6)

cheers,

Andreas
