* What led up to the situation?
Running debian buster on a LXC container with quotas enabled "quotacheck -cmug
/" to enable the creation of aquota.user and aquota.group fails:
lxc ~# quotacheck -cmug /
quotacheck: error (1) while opening /dev/mapper/pve-vm--9002--disk--0
but installing stretch version works perfectly:

I`ve been checking the diff between quota 4.03 and 4.04 but cannot find
anything related to this.
