Sorry, but it seems that the 'lib' directory is missing -- i.e. a similar issue
as to bug #908317. Without this directory, the web interface won't work.
Maybe (?) you'll also want to include 'ADDITIONS' and 'VIRTUAL_VACATION' from
the upstream package? (I don't use them, so don't know the relevance/benefit)
