Deleted my Thunderbird profile and tested with a fresh one. Tried "thunderbird --jsconsole" but there is no output. Lightning is the only extension installed. Extension is listed as enabled in the "Add-ons" screen. Clicking on "Tools -> Add-on Preferences -> Lightning" brings up the "Advanced" section of Tunderbird Preferences. Thanks, George
