Package: openstack-dashboard
Version: 3:13.0.1-1
Severity: serious

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'stretch'.
It installed fine in 'stretch', then the upgrade to 'buster' fails.

  Done

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   fonts-roboto-fontface : Breaks: openstack-dashboard (< 3:12) but 3:10.0.1-1
is to be installed
   python-django : Breaks: openstack-dashboard (< 3:12) but 3:10.0.1-1 is to be
installed
E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by
held packages.

The problem seems to come from the conflict against
python-django-openstack-auth, but that package is still available
in buster and therefore apt is quite reluctant to remove a package
that is not obsolete, but upgradable.

cheers,

Andreas
