I'd be ready to adopt the package, if this is what's missing to get it back into Debian. A DD involved with the sparc64 port offered to sponsor it as well.
The driver hasn't been updated upstream since 2013, but it is still compatible with recent X.org builds. I just tested it on a Sun Ultra 10 this morning. What else is needed to get the package back into Debian? Do I need to join the xorg task force?
