Package: src:htsjdk
Version: 2.14.3+dfsg-2
Severity: critical
Justification: causes serious data loss
This new version was uploaded to unstable to enable building of its new
dependencies. It should not migrate to testing since it would break
several dependant packages. Testing should simply keep version
2.8.1+dfsg-2 of the package.
For more information see this thread:
https://lists.debian.org/debian-med/2018/05/msg00020.html
Kind regards
Andreas.

Hi,
Htsjdk in unstable 2.14.3 fixes the pb and issue is marked at done with this
release.
However your fake bug 90001 prevents it to move to testing which was expecring
for other packages upload and testing related to picard.
I think that you can now remove your fake bug to allow it to move to testing
and prevent its removal and let others as well move to testing too
I will come back from holiday in a week.
