Hello, Exim, does use #!/bin/sh. However bash can provide /bin/sh (Run "dpkg-reconfigure dash" to enable or disable), and bash5 is afaict buggy, it is not /bin/sh-compliant. This specific bug severly breaks scripting. It is not limited to exim, e.g. any debconf using package has a good chance of breaking. cu Andreas -- `What a good friend you are to him, Dr. Maturin.
