Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from 'testing'. It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails because it tries to overwrite other packages files. >From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): Selecting previously unselected package vkd3d-demos. Preparing to unpack .../vkd3d-demos_1.0-2_amd64.deb ... Unpacking vkd3d-demos (1.0-2) ... dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/vkd3d-demos_1.0-2_amd64.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/triangle', which is also in package triangle-bin 1.6-2 Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/vkd3d-demos_1.0-2_amd64.deb I don't think a -demos package should ship binaries with generic names in /usr/bin - and maybe not in /usr/bin at all. This is *not* to be solved with Breaks+Replaces! cheers, Andreas
