As far as I can tell, this seems to be a duplicate of #879849 (the libmagickcore...-extra packages lack a dependency on librsvg2-bin), ie. a bug rather than an intentional change. (The build error occured despite usbview already build-depending on ...-extra.) Kind regards, Daniel
