Package: curl
Version: 7.60.0-2
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks the whole system
libcurl3 and libcurl4 cannot coexist, which breaks php (among quite a
few other packages):
The following NEW packages will be installed:
curl libcurl4{ab}
0 packages upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove and 982 not upgraded.
Need to get 254 kB/570 kB of archives. After unpacking 1,074 kB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libcurl4 : Conflicts: libcurl3 but 7.60.0-1 is installed
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:
Remove the following packages:
1) apache2 [2.4.33-3 (now, unstable)]
2) apache2-bin [2.4.33-3 (now, unstable)]
3) libapache2-mod-php [1:7.2+61 (now, unstable)]
4) libapache2-mod-php7.2 [7.2.4-1+b1 (now, unstable)]
5) libcurl3 [7.60.0-1 (now, unstable)]
6) php-curl [1:7.2+61 (now, unstable)]
7) php7.2-curl [7.2.4-1+b1 (now, unstable)]
This means that curl 7.60 is uninstallable unles you break the system.

I suspect that if apache uses libcurl4 while php uses libcurl3,
you might have issues. But...
