Hi Alastair,

Thank you for the quick fix; however, I'm wondering if you could forward this 
issue to upstream to deal with the disapperance of javah.

According to https://openjdk.java.net/jeps/313 , javah was deprecated in 
OpenJDK 9 and removed in OpenJDK 10. I'm wondering if you could forward this 
information to upstream to have the problem solved so that we don't have to 
depend on the non-default Java version.
