Alas, it is not yet in Debian. In the meantime, I recommend you downgrade horde3 to a 3.0 version. (Note that you are very much recommended to upgrade to 3.1.1 as soon as we upload it.) Alternatively, you can remove turba from the sidebar, without removing it. It may work.
