Dear Andreas, Once more, thanks a lot for all the support! I have notice the ABI errors but have to admit I did not know how to handle it. All libs should be ready, with the exception of libbpp-qt which I still need to release. I will include the full CeCILL text in that one too and check your changes in the other libs. Next will be the bppsuite, bppphyview, physamp and maffilter program, also on my todo list (hopefully next week). MafFilter and PhySamp are under GPL3, do I understand right that I do not need to upload the full License for these ones as it should already be present in the distribution?
