beast2-mcmc build depends on openjdk-8-jdk, which is not expected to be part of the buster release. If possible, this should be changed to default-jdk (this currently depends on openjdk-9-jdk). In a semi-related note, the beast2-mcmc runtime dependency openjdk-8-jre | java8-runtime should be default-jre | java8-runtime
