Hi Osamu-san :)

the new uscan_ftp tests seems to misbehave on mipsel/mips64el.
Just to mention one:

|testWatch4NonNativeDlUversion
|FTP starting ... /tmp/tmp.XEqC4nYhhq/repo
|uscan warn: In directory ., downloading
|  ftp://127.0.0.1:37207/0.0/foo/ooo/foo-0.0.tar.gz.asc failed: 401
[LWP::Protocol::MyFTP] Timeout
|uscan die: FAIL Checking OpenPGP signature (no signature file downloaded).
|uscan: Newest version of foo on remote site is 0.0, specified download version
is 0.0
|ASSERT:uscan: exit_code!=0 but exit_code=0 expected:<255> but was:<0>
|ASSERT:foo_0.0.orig.tar.gz missing: opts=pgpsigurlmangle=s/$/.asc/
@@@url@@@([\.\d]+)/(.+)/(.+)/ @PACKAGE@@ANY_VERSION@@ARCHIVE_EXT@ debian uupdate
|./test_uscan_ftp: 293: cd: can't cd to /tmp/tmp.XEqC4nYhhq/foo-0.0
|ASSERT:pristine tarball is not extracted
|tail: cannot open 'debian/changelog' for reading: No such file or directory
|dpkg-parsechangelog: error: tail of debian/changelog subprocess returned exit
status 1
|ASSERT:uscan: Version should be 0.0-1 but  expected:<> but was:<0.0-1>

Could you please have a look at it?

Seems to be an unreliable failure, as on mipsel it passed at the 3rd
try.
