python-wand, python3-wand and pypy-wand (the three non-documentation packages built by the "wand" source package) all depend on libmagickwand5 | libmagickwand-6.q16-3 The first of these is long gone and the second is no longer built by the imagemagick source package. The replacement seems to be libmagickwand-6.q16-5 Please fix your package to work with the current imagemagick.
