FWIW, I'm seeing the FTBFS too. The directory ext/hwloc seems to be an embedded code copy of src:hwloc that is not listed by security-tracker-team.[1] The failing file seems to be for hwloc private use only. Is it possible to use the package libhwloc-dev instead of the embedded copy?
