    It seems it's getting it from
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/text-format-1.0.0/lib/text/format.rb on my system
(i.e., a gem).  I've just filed an ITP for libtext-format-ruby, to have it
packaged and make libcommandline-ruby depend on it. I don't have the bug
number yet...
